Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes , during teething toddlers can get sore gums and may have low apetite so please don't force feed your child give food items like soup , coconut water etc which is Healthy,easy to take and help to increase your child apetite too.
