please any one advise me on these images of my 7 years old boy Don't know what to do as doctor was prescribing costly moisturizer and moisture soaps but still it remains same

Has your doctor told you what is this situation because this is looking like some kind of a spot remaining after chickenpox or something so I don’t know what exactly is the issue but I’m going to advise you to make into coconut oil and apply it five or six times in the day or app applied every two hours as per your convenience it is going to take some time but you will see them vanishing over the period
