give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

as your child is 1+ of age,there is no restrictions on food.
you can offer all food items which are made for whole family.
so try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
