Q.

Please advise can bifilac and progermina be given together within 15 mins difference to prevent watery loose motions to a 6 months old baby. If not what would be the best combination. Doctor earlier advised to give progermina zinc dry powder and biotax suspension. Could you please describe what is the use of zinc powder and progermina?

A. Hello mom These medicines helps in curing diarrhoea. So you should just continue giving the medication as advised by your doctor. There are no need of any changes in it. So just continue giving the medication. And add sufficient water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated. If your baby doesn’t get relief in next 24 hours than concerned with your doctor
