platelet count is 643....and hs crp is 3.7 mg /l.... dr. told me that she has got bacterial infection and it is also present in blood by the report?? how it could be cure...and how long it will take to get normal...please suggest some food to give....please help

A. See with course of antibiotics and such a mild infection would probably take three days to 5 days to subside completely and the food should be given to the child should be regular whatever you giving this restriction on any food as such
