piriton( chlorpheniramine maleate, ammonium chloride and sodium citrate expectorant) syrup not gud for 4 years old kids... for high fever and cold

A. this is anticongestant syrup, it can b used ,but not everytime for cold and cough, weneva baby gets ill eachtime u should show to doctor for examination , as cough and cold needed to b examined, then medicines can b given accordibgly.
