pimples all over my 1 month old baby's body. is this just because of summers or is this should I be concerned about?

I Will you right now it could possibly be due to heat because summers are there so kids are facing this issue all the time because they are basically into normal room temperature there is too much heat so it could be a possibility because of that but if it is on the entire body then you get it checked once
