#personalcare I'm feeding 8 months old baby...during periods...there is less amount of milk seceretion..what to do

A. no dear. its your doubt. its never like this. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day and try to stay well hydrated

A. Hello dear parent,, there is no such reason as mother's produce less milk during periods. Also baby is growing and now baby is able to suck more milk in a short time. Good luck and take care
