I don’t see that it is precisely very useful I would just recommend it instead go for dry fruit powder which you can make at home at some fox nuts into that there is something which is natural and healthy that you are giving to the child these have very high content of sugar which is why I personally do not feel it’s very good but still if you want you can give it
