parthavi 7 months 15 days ki hain usko abhi bhot shrdi ho gai hain nose block ho jate hain to to uske liye kya kru? and kya main rab main ajir, khjur, pinch of ginger powder de skte hun?

A. yes you can add it in raab. give your baby steam inhalation a couple of times a day. apply baby vicks on chest back and bottom of feet. or can do mustard oil massage
