However any kind of milk producing medicine, herb, food items will only work if baby is allowed to breastfeed on demand and if baby allowed to decide the nursing duration and frequency. Have a healthy balanced diet and ensure that you are well hydrated at all times.

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children6 years agoA. blessed thistle is basically a plant from which herbs medicines are made so you can give it a try if gynecologist have suggested you along with take care of your diet which is very important Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
