I want to know about below report.
REPORT
Liver: Is normal in size and echo texture. No obvious focal lesions seen. No IHBR dilatation noted. Portal vein is normal. CBD is normal. Liver measures ~ 14.5 cm. Gall Bladder: Well distended. No calculus. Wall thickness is normal. Pancreas: Normal in echotexture. No evidence of duct dilatation or calcification. No peripancreatic collection. Para-aortic region:- No significant lymphadenopathy Spleen: Normal in size and echo texture. No focal lesions. Right kidney: Normal size, shape and echotexture. No pelvicalyceal dilatation. No obvious calculi. Left kidney: Normal size, shape and echotexture. No pelvicalyceal dilatation. No obvious calculi. LengthRight kidney :10.4 cmLeft kidney :11.3cm Urinary bladder: Distended, Wall thickness normal. No UVJ calculus. Uterus: Anteverted, mildly bulky in size, measures ~ 8.6 x 6.1 x 3.6 cm post partum. ET ~ 5 mm. No obvious focal lesions in myometrium. Ovaries : are normal in size and echotexture. No obvious adnexal masses. Right ovary measures~ 3.5 x 1.7 cm. Left ovary measures~ 2.8 x 1.8 cm. No obvious ascites. IMPRESSION: NO SIGNIFICANT SONOLOGICAL ABNORMALITY DETECTED. Please note that this report is only a professional opinion based on image appearance and not a diagnosis by itself. It has to be correlated clinically and interpreted along with other investigations, previous imaging, operations/procedures if any. Also suggested repeat study in doubtful cases. Ultrasound does not completely rule out bowel pathology. Sonography is not 100% accurate. This document is not for legal purposes.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. The report seems normal with all the organs in normal. Insuring so still you can consult your doctor and get it checked. Otherwise it’s completely normal. Uterus seems little bulky which is normal.

Author of questionMom of a 6 yr 7 m old boy6 years agoA. Hi doctor, actually from after delivery I am getting abdominal pain and after motion also getting pain. so doctor suggested to do the scanning. and she told it is looks like hernia. Need your suggestion on this. is hernia there in report.

Dr Medha PatilMom of a 9 yr 1 m old boy6 years agoA. Reports are normal, but clinical correlation is must. You need to mention what complaints the the patient is facing. If the reports are the only source, then there's nothing to worry.
