Q.

#ParentingClinic #Constipation my baby girl is fully formula fed. and I just started lactogen 2 few days back. she is constipated after I started lactogen 2. she drinks around 120ml for which I mix 3 scoops of powder. should I reduce the scoops? how to clear her constipation

A. Formula fed babies are mostly constipated. You should prepare the formula as mentioned on the pack. Don't reduce the scoops. If u have started solids, Include mashed banana which is ripe in baby's regular diet . An unripe or under ripe banana can cause constipation. So choose the banana carefully. Soak dry grapes in water at night and squeeze the grapes next morning. Give two to three spoons of this juice to the baby.
