How old is your child if the child of is below 3 months of age then give the paracetamol syrup after a gap of 4 hours if the child is older then 3 years then give the next dose of syrup after 5hours or 6 hours depending on the child s body temperature. Keep checking the temperature if you feel the child is warm give the syrup early. Continue feeding the child at usual intervals
