pahle doctor se Dikhaye the unhone Ek Khasi aur ek Sardi Ka syrup Diye Magar theek Nahin Ho Pai Abhi Tak Khasi ho rahi hai khansi ka sound खड़-खड़ hai mujhe lagta hai ki uski kaf Baithi Hui Hai To Kuchh Aisa syrup ka naam Bata dijiye to jald se Jal d theek ho jaaye

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives tmedicine which should be given onlry after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to ythe type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
