Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Othe_er factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule out. A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

Headache mostly women suffer with when they have sleepless nights after delivery that’s very normal and common and hair fall is common and order also but in this case I’ll advise you to prepare an early and coconut oil recipe is very easily available on YouTube start applying it regularly.Write Your Answer Here
