Our son aged around 17 months has his father being Bengali and mother being Marwari and hence Bengali and Hindu is mostly the medium of communication with the child.Is it fine to introduce two different languages at this tender age?

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Yes , it's fine Initially she will find it difficult to deal. with it. but later on you may interoduce.both the languages. For now please stick to one language (preferably the one parents are mutually speaking)
