Our girl baby is 8 months 17 days old. When will give nuts powder to our baby. kindly suggest which nuts will give . And also kindly suggest egg and mutton ,fish will give to our baby. kindly suggest which egg part will give. and also suggest which fish will give

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom the above mentioned foods can be introduced to the baby but remember to introduce new foods one at a time only .
Dry fruits and nuts are quite allergy prone as well so Introduce one at a time only .
Eggs - avoid whole eggs as of now till the age of one give only the egg yolk
