Q.

our baby is now 6 month & 5 days. we are introducing as a diet 1. rice powder 2. Apple and Banana paste 3. some homemade fruits juice. It's ok? what should we introduce as a diet for better? Please suggest

A. avoid juice, preffer fruit and vegetables puree. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

A. remember one new food one at a time.. as first solids you can start with ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac blended khichdi puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot apple papaya banana.. remember one new food one at a time..
