Q.
our baby is 4 months old and it seems he is having mouth ulcers on his lips. What could be the reason and do we need to visit doctor for that.

it happens because of constipation, infection or nutritional deficiencies
so please visit your pediatrician for once
give more and more breastfeeds
clean this part with soft clean Cotton clothe after each feeding.
