Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Offer a plate of colourful foods and you can even cut foods into different shapes. Offer different textures of foods. Offer new healthy foods along with some of his favourites. Avoid distractions like TV or laptop or tablet while he is eating food. Make family meals a must so that your child learns by seeing you eat. Let him eat himself. Give him a spoon and let him play with his food. Let him create a mess and this is how he will learn to eat himself by touching, playing and then finally tasting the food. Offer same foods atleast 10-15 times as it takes a lot of time for a child to accept a food item. Perseverance is the key.
