I advise to keep your child well hydrated
give luke warm water with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 4 hours.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
you can give massage with warm coconut oil and Tulsi leaves
