Our 1 1/2 month baby girl has repeatedly bowel movements. We gave drops for passing gas but no relief. She's on mother's milk only. please advise. Thank you.

A. hi burping properly post every feed. giving tummy time pedaling exercises will help in regularly removing out the gases babies suck when they feed. give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops for better digestion
