Organic or cold pressed... Which coconut oil is best for massage skin or hair.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist8 years agoA. both are different organic means no chemicals or pesticides have been used in cultivation and processing of oil whereas cold pressed means oil has been mechanically extracted and no chemical refinement has been done so organic if it really is is better more natural
