Only two upper front teeth has come to my boy who is 1 yr and 2 m old, he is active and healthy .. when should I consult doctor?

you can consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for your kid's first dental checkup..
first dental checkup should be done after the eruption of first milk teeth or 1 year of age

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. This is normal, The average child has their full set of 20 primary teeth by the age of 3 years. Between the ages of about 6 and 7 years, the primary teeth start to shed and the permanent teeth begin to come through.
