one side nipple me pain horahahe or nipple me chun ne se thoda Hard lag rahahe..kya karun

A. It may be sore nipple Appy pure ghee to ur breast And if cut or infection then use cream as per ur doctors advice If breast is hard that means ur breast is engorged In such case express milk manually and give to ur baby Stop to feed directly for some time. Visit ur doctor

A. clean the breast with clean water then apply coconut oil on affected area or also you can apply nipcare cream this is specifically made for nipples
