one of my twin down with fever from yesterday from today evening her temprature is High and not responding to medicine and suddenly she'll feel chill ...we went to doctor also he gave antibiotics as she has cough n extreme cold...can anyone let me know y her temprature is not coming down even after giving meftal n paracetamol???
