one of my milk duct has been blocked since my child's birth now it's paining is it harmful to me and my son how can I get rid of this

A. hi to get rid of milk ducts , I advise to apply coconut oil on your nipples ,it will help to keep this area soft . try warm compress on this part try different feeding positions.
