RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. U Can go for egg yellow by the age of nine months and chicken and fish buy the age of 10 months so for initial 3 to 4 months you should stick to strictly vegetarian food after that you can introduce non-Veg to the child
