Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. usually iron supplement is given after three months of age and till 3 month is given here than for more guidance you discuss with your doctor and he will clear all the further queries and you will be given all thhe relevant guidance and information required which you can follow ......
