Q.

On my daughter's foot (side of the foot) some extra bone growth appears. It is not painful to her. Is there any complications?

A. hi, your child is 4.5 years old now.what you describe can be a bone spur which can be due to trauma.kindly visit a pediatric orthopedician and get his opinion about it
