on 8th of December my baby fall from pram in the afternoon between 1-2 pm, when I saw her tummy was down . she didn't not cry much as soon as I picked her up she was ok . swelling and all not there . but next day by evening she vomit thrice . I gave her colic drops . i gave her egg yolk that day . before also she vomit once after I gave her egg yolk. now my worry is that she vomit because of the food or because she fall from pram . please suggest I am so confused . she is behaving very normal .
