Weaning food can be started from 5-6 months of age and in that initially in the stage 1 you can introduce some semi solid food to the baby like Banana mango plum boiled Apple and then gradually you can start with some Puri of carrot potato other foods which can be given are porridge of suji e sabudana can be prepared in breast milk or formula milk.
initially you can start with one or two tsp which can be gradually increased uph till at least three meals in a day

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
