ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. at this point, oats are not recommended as they are bulky, so fills baby's small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food where as baby's stomach capacity is less but nutrient and energy requirements are high. so baby should be given nutrient dense and energy dense food. Daliya is a better option.

priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 8 m old boy6 years agoA. after 8 months you can introduce oatmeals in your babies died you just need to cook it like Khichdi you can add vegetables to make it more healthy and make sure to overcoked it ad Good quantity of water because oats soak water easily so mixture consistency should be watery
