include whole grains and millets, roti, paratha , rice, daliya recipes with veggies, season and fresh fruits and veggies, milk and milk products, milk shakes, nuts and dried fruits, stuffed idli, dosa, pancake, upmq, sheera, porridge, kheer, egg chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc.
make his meals attractive with colorful veggies and give different shapes to it.
offer small handy snacks in between for 2 hours gap.
follow good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
