A. Hello A diet of child should be balanced and nutritious Include at least 2 fruits and 3 katori of vegetables per day Milk and milk products 2 to 3 servings Cerelas and pulses like wheat, jowar, ragi, oats, daliya, rice daal 4 to 5 servings per day Add ghee cheese butter in the diet Avoid excess intake of maida, chips, biscuits, sweets, sugar , sugary drinks, Maggi in the diet Water 6 glasses per day

A. Hello dear parent, for your child 7 years old. you can give him everything to eat. do not think much. green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are a must. Dry fruits , vegetables soup, fresh fruit juice also on daily basis . You can give junk food also , but in limit. Do not overdo anything.
