ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Pillow should be rectangular in shape. Because it helps maintain head properly. It should be very soft and made of cotton wool, non slippery. You can check on first cry. Other shapes may sometimes be uncomfortable.
