Q.
nowadays my baby is breathing heavily , her stomach is going up and down , her breathing is not uniform , sometimes she's breathing quietly and again starts heavy panting. side of her neck is also moving up and down , and she is choking a lot while feeding , is it normal?

try feeding in lying position..
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised if required

Hello ma’am Always keep your child’s head into an elevated position whenever you’re feeding the child to avoid joking apart from that if your child is breathing heavily as per you then it is not a very healthy so you should be consulting an ENT specialist ones regarding the same
