A. If your 5-month-old **rolls onto her side by herself**, it is safe and you do not need to flip her back. However, you must follow these rules: * **Always start on the back:** Always place her flat on her back when putting her down to sleep. Never place her on her side. * **Stop swaddling immediately:** Her arms must be completely free so she can move her head or roll back if needed. * **Keep the crib completely bare:** No blankets, pillows, bumpers, or toys, as these pose a suffocation risk if she rolls into them.

A. Hey! There shouldn’t be any problem. If you’re concerned about the head shape, try using Babyhug mustard pillow for your child while sleeping. It helps. Speak to your doctor for further assistance.
