now my baby is 5 months old can I give her solid food like biscuit and cow milk

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Cow milk is not recommended for the babies below one year. Avoid giving packed biscuits,does not have any nutritional value. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months once ur baby completes six months then u can give cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe etc
