now my baby is 1 year 1 day old is it the right time to switch his milk from formula Nan 2 to toned pasturised milk of mother dairy if yes how should I introduce new milk variety to my baby may I add some flavours in this like cardommon powder and sugar .

A. Hello mom yes from the age of 1 year the toddler can now be given all usual family foods and also animal milk as well , cows milk is preferable, you can give it plain or you add flavours you can use jaggery , honey or dates etc
