now my baby fever has gone but mild rashes apper on her stomach area waist and now her body temperature is 94.9 ?

Hello ma’am Rashes must’ve happened due to the fever so don’t worry about it you start applying Cetaphil lotion on to them twice a day and monitor it for a week I’m sure the rashes are going to supply subside within a weeks time and if they do not then you may need to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same
