Q.

Now my baby boy is 9months 9days old he is not sleeping properly. he sleeping total 9hours only totaly. what should I do?

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes f regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgigtation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

A. You You talk to your doctor if they can advise you with some medicine because at this age a child should be sleeping for minimum 12 to 14 hours in a day if your child is not completing the sleep for that much time then that’s definitely a matter of concern
