Now iam 36 weeks pregnant, yesterday i go for antenatal scanning. At the time of 34+5 weeks my fasting blood sugar was 106,then the doctor advice me to take insulin(4-4-4).Now it become normal. After the scanning the impression was single live intrauterine fetus in cephalic presentation at the time of scan with fetal size corresponding to 34+4 days+/-2 weeks. AC:7.7th centile. FL:4.2th centile. Is normal delivery is possible?? How can i increase the fetal weight through diet?? Is there is any complication in my scanning?

Ma’am See normal delivery is possible but what happens at the last moment the doctors take decision at that very point whether you have to go for a C-section or normal delivery it completely depends on the situation that you are in so as of now I cannot assure you anything it would be just better that you please keep monitoring your child well enough try to eat healthy and good food and stay in touch with your gynaecologist always
