Q.
Now I am 8 months of pregnancy. For 1 week my fingertips and all paining more. my palms are always very hot to touch but I don't have fever. what's the reason.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. First of all stay hydrated and have coconut water nimbu paani and have more watery fruits as there might be too much heat in your body so include gourd family vegetables in diet as well
