Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. give you plenty of water to drink to the child and also give card and buttermilk which will help in proper digestion of food and if the problem continues even after that then kindly meet your doctor for digestion syrup

Hello ma’am Well maybe your child stomach is not right maybe it’s an upset stomach which is why this is happening Other than that if there is too much of a foul smell would advise you to consult your paediatrician ones because there could be a possibility of a stomach infection as well so just consult your doctor ones
