Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. nobel plus can be used then .Fever is temperature more than 99. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then sponging can be done or if baby not looking well then need to see a doctor .
