Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit angddd the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

If your baby is having fever and if baby is temperature is more than 99° then in such case you can give Calpol drops to your baby. And if your baby is not getting relief in next 24 hours then you should definitely consult with your doctor about it’s a doctor can examine baby and can advise your medication accordingly
