Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. 2 month old baby might need once in every 2 hrs but some babies can go without feed for upto 4 hrs. Yes u can leave upto four hours gap if the baby is ok with it. But watch the nappies. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly. If not then you may have to wake the baby at night and feed once in every 2 hours. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors.
