Next month Yash will be 3 yrs. which milk is better at this stage? Full cream millk, Cow Milk, Buffalo Milk or A2 Milk. How much ml milk we can give per day And how much curd good for his health?

Desi cow A2 milk is the best
she can be given other milks as well but don't use A1 milk at all
curd buttermilk are the best and can be given according to her health and wellness.
